This project is located in Bushwick, in a mixed-use area, with close proximity to the J train.

OBJECTIVE

A ground up 6 story 122 room luxury boutique hotel. This hotel will feature a very unique design and will be fully automatic. Patrons will be able to check in and check out using a kiosk and not require any help from hotel staff. In addition, the design promises to be extremely unique at a level that is very uncommon for a budget hotel.
