Built as a Medical Facility in the early 1960s, this beautiful brick U-Shaped Building covering more than half the block remained vacant and abandoned for many years. With the gentrification of its township, the new owners decided to develop this property into something that would not only revive the buildings beauty and value but also bring new opportunities through higher education.
