Nearly a decade before Promont was hired, this project had begun and stalled. Could any of the original work be retained?

PROMONT’S SOLUTION
For this contemporary residential building, being on the same page was paramount. To restart it efficiently, we determined that the foundation was in perfect form, while the steel structure was rusted and unusable. Our first focus was to remove the steel that had already been placed without affecting the perfectly solid foundation. With the early success of this project, we met with each of the design trades to understand their experience and approaches. Regrouping the original subcontractors saved significant time and money by avoiding the need to retain new team members.
