Promont assumed development efforts and is now constructing a 43-unit, 6-story poured concrete residential building from ground to ceiling. Recognizing the locale’s lucrative potential, we are also erecting a large medical facility and first floor retail store to maximize space and serve the community.Soon numerous adults and children will call 810 Flushing home, enjoying modern niceties amidst a bustling neighborhood with a nearby park, shopping, and trendy local hotspots.
