At the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge, Delancey is an Upscale Residential building in the heart of the east side of Manhattan.

CHALLENGE AND APPROACH

The location of this building, the small footprint, and height make this is a very complicated building to erect. Promont has spent months in the planning of this construction in the pre-construction phase in order to reduce any possibility of delays and cost overruns. At Promont we believe that pre-planning doesn’t cost, it pays. We have now completed the structure and are in the process of finishing the interior of the building and look forward to delivering the building in September of 2019.
