Promont performed the ground-up construction of a 30,000-square-foot retail complex replete with a CVS Pharmacy and Rainbow clothing shop. By maximizing space and resources, we erected the pristine building within an astounding 7-month period.

With a location nestled in the heart of the Bronx, our team needed to negotiate endless crowds and traffic near the city’s transportation terminals, and yet our skilled developers effectively finished the $4 million contract for a remarkable result.
