At 104 North 6th Street, American Apparel’s retail space was in desperate need for expansion to accommodate their growing crowd of daily customers. However, unable to close the highly frequented location, the renowned retailer needed a contractor capable of effectively completing the job with little to no disruption of daily operations.

Promont performed the necessary extension, erecting additional rooms by finding innovative solutions to maintain quiet and minimize physical disturbance. Our developers employed a special task force to achieve much of the construction in the late and overnight hours, happily obliging AA and solving their complicated TPP [Tenant Protection Plan] predicament.
