The Powell project was brought on with visions of gentrification, rehabilitation and revitalization to a failing neighborhood. Surrounded by low-income housing developments, rising crime and climbing homelessness; the developers involved in city recovery sought this project to add stability, beauty and new opportunity.

PROMONT APPROACH

Promont successfully managed the demolition of over twenty dilapidated structures to make room for a full-scale shopping center with on-site parking. The development included a brand new Burger King, Feel Beauty Salon & Family Dollar; remodeling the neighborhood with this expansive improvement.
