CHALLENGE

Building a new building in an NYC Landmarked district is difficult enough, but to rebuild an existing building that was originally a land-marked building is that more difficult.

Promont understood the requirements placed on the project by the city and went to work with the various design professionals to make sure that their design can be successfully executed. The result was a beautiful retail store that currently operates as a Petco.
