OBJECTIVE
Promont assumed development efforts and has constructed a 43-unit, 6-story concrete poured residential building from the ground. Recognizing the locale’s lucrative potential, the project included a large medical facility and first floor retail store to maximize space and serve the community. Locals in the bustling neighborhood with a nearby park, modern shopping centers and trendy local hotspots find 810 Flushing Avenue as one of the neighborhoods artistic monumental buildings.
