At the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge, Delancey is an Upscale Residential building in the heart of the east side of Manhattan.

CHALLENGE AND APPROACH
The location of this building, the small footprint, and height make this is a very complicated building to erect. Promont spent months in the planning of this construction in the pre-construction phase in order to reduce any possibility of delays and cost overruns. At Promont we believe that pre-planning doesn’t cost, it pays. With all the challenges and project complexities the building was completed in 2020 with full occupancy.
